Design - Density of information
Density of information
In this E4 ident advert, we can see the density of information if large. the entire advert consists of the 'character ident' which is holding up a sign which says 'eat my baps' which is something the younger generation would use as an abbreviation for maybe something a little cruder and they would find it comical therefore the channel seemingly becomes relevant and relatable. The drawing of breast on the canvas is also something quite silly and appealing for the younger generation as it draws them in to things which they find funny or exciting and this is how, in my opinion, E4 makes their target audience obvious; along with the use of an animal such as a small dog makes the advert seem less formal and more relaxed and shows that the programmes shown on this channel will be varieties of genres and will appeal to a younger generation. this advert is more informative and gives you more of an idea of what will be broadcasted on the channel and is suitable for 15+ due to their mildly crude content on the advert and relaxed comical effect which they use to draw in teenagers to young adults.
The BBC One and Two adverts are far more
